What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations received by email by 5PM EST November 15, 2024, are refundable minus transaction fees. Cancellations received between 5PM EST November 15 and December 18, 2024, will receive a credit for 90% of base ticket price to be used toward another BGSA conference. Cancellations received after 5PM EST December 18, 2024, are non-refundable. Registrants may substitute a colleague at any time. All transaction fees are non-refundable.
