Please note that hotel accommodations are not included in your conference registration. All hotel booking details (the private booking link, access code, and additional room blocks at nearby hotels) are included in your registration confirmation email.
If you’re already registered:
- Please locate that confirmation email (check and check your spam/junk folder if needed) and use the private link to book your stay.
- If The Breakers is sold out for the night(s) you want, call them directly at 1-888-203-4051 and ask to be added to the BGSA wait list, and book an alternate property in the meantime.
If you haven’t registered yet:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation including all hotel details and links immediately after you register. So, we encourage you to register and book as soon as possible, as the conference and some nights at The Breakers are already close to sold out.
